ISLAMIC MELA 2009 (Video)
The Islamic Mela 2009, was a huge success with over 5,000 people of all race, colour and religion attended the event. There were lots of educational facts about Islam, mainly based upon the four Islamic System, (Education, Social, Judicial and Ruling systems). Also the well known 'Borrow a Muslim' stall, where you can borrow a Muslim and have an in depth discussion on any Islamic topics. There were also lots of activities for the childrens with fun fair , bungee jump, Balloon artists, competitions and many others.

ISLAMIC MELA 2009 (Sun 9th Aug 09)
Come along and spend special time together as a family at the 3rd annual Islamic Mela, and at the same time learn about Islam. Islamic arts to view and buy, exhibitions on Islam, tour of the Masjid, Islamic coins from the past history of Islam, borrow a Muslim, documentary shows, talks, live recitation of the Quran, Quran competition (to enter competition call or email to register), live nasheeds, funfair, face painting, henna painting, bouncy castle, food and drink stalls and loads more activities.
